The Center for Monitoring and Control of Public Communication Networks (CMN) will develop a system for countering attacks. This was announced by the director of the center Sergei Khutortsev.
Khutortsev noted that if the Center is now dealing with content threats and began by slowing down Twitter and blocking some VPN services, then in the future it plans to develop precisely towards countering hacker attacks that affect the entire Russian segment of the Internet.
