The 42-Step Process (do NOT skip even one)
- Buy a verified full EMV 101/201 dump with PIN (must contain tags 9F26, 9F10, 9F36, full certificates).
- Open X2 2025 → File → Import Full EMV → load the .emv file.
- Verify Service Code = 101 or 201 → if 121/221 = trash it.
- Tools → “2025 Key Pack” → enter BIN → software auto-loads correct Issuer Master Key.
