Cybertruck will help you hide from bullets, but it is still vulnerable to water pistol shots.

California - based company UP.FIT has released a tactical vehicle for the police based on the Tesla Cybertruck pickup truck. Despite the unusual choice of Cybertruck as a service transport, this model has several advantages. In particular, it has a roomy and bulletproof body, as well as high speed and power reserve.

The modified version from UP. FIT, which the developers themselves call "the most epic tactical vehicle on Earth", is equipped with typical red and blue lights, sirens and the official livery of law enforcement agencies. High-tech solutions are also provided. For example, more powerful spotlights and a 21-button remote control for adjusting sound and light signals.

Additional options include enhanced booking, Starlink Internet access, and the so-called "package of the future" with fleet management software, a regular maintenance contract, and other services.

In the basic configuration, a police Cybertruck can seem quite simple compared to heavily armored vehicles like tanks and armored personnel carriers, which are used by special forces of the US police in extreme situations. However, in the modified version, this electric car gets a number of improvements.

On the other hand, Cybertruck has significant drawbacks that complicate its use by law enforcement agencies. So, one owner found out that the car does not cope well with off-road conditions - it could not overcome the hill, which was beyond the strength of other cars. However, attempting to drive over rough terrain without removing the wheel arches can lead to their destruction.

So, any criminal will be able to escape from the chase, choosing the most thorny path. Although, UP. FIT offers an optional off-road package that can partially solve this problem.

Claims are also caused by the tendency of the Cybertruck body to corrosion - if the modified version does not receive a protective varnish coating over the black paint, then the car can be damaged even with a water gun.

But the promise of Elon Musk about the possibility of Cybertruck to move through water bodies up to the seas with a little excitement opens up interesting prospects. If this feature works, it will be very useful in rare cases of a police chase moving from land to water, provided that the "water" modification prevents the car from flooding immediately.

On the other hand, the potential ability of the Cybertruck to move through water bodies, which Elon Musk mentioned recently, opens up interesting prospects for its use in the police. If this feature is implemented in practice, it can be very useful in rare cases when the pursuit of a criminal moves from land to water. However, this requires that a special modification of the pickup truck is guaranteed to prevent rapid flooding of the interior and electronics.
