According to the service, complaints about failures come from cities such as Moscow, St. Petersburg, Perm and Krasnodar. Problems with Telegram were also recorded in Almaty and Helsinki. As RBC correspondents noted, messengers can work correctly on mobile devices, but not on desktop, and vice versa.
RBC sent requests to Roskomnadzor, Megafon, VimpelCom (Beeline brand), MTS and Rostelecom for comments.

According to the ZaTelecom channel, in addition to Telegram and Whatsapp, the failure affected: Discord, Wikipedia, Github, Anydesk, Stackoverflow, Skype, Facebook Messenger*, Steam, Cloudflare, Yandex Cloud.
"The support services of all telecom operators are experiencing big problems," the authors of the channel wrote.
