Stuff receiving problems

Hi,
I was wondering maybe some more experienced members can help me...
I carded stuff from usa shop to europe, it was shipped via dhl, courier called my drop and asked him to email him some ID so that he can get the stuff from customs.
Is this standart procedure or this is some kind of setup?

Also when i checked shipping status with tracking number the last message says : Shipment held - Available upon receipt of payment

Shipment held - Available upon receipt of payment / That means your payment didn success. In what country do you ship them to in Europe?

dhl just drop it off @ door in u.s.a.....well they use to a few months ago..i wouldnt fuck with tht if i were u
