nah, he's just probably proposing the mass-pay method...

I'm not sure whether paypal can block the funds or not, but if you use masspay in normal circumstances, a chargeback is impossible.

only an account with not enough money AFTER 10-12 days like -500?
it works, for a few days i've exchanged 200? to 200 WME
