Since childhood, many of us have been raised in fear that someone might think something bad of us. As a result, adults grow up who are afraid to seem ridiculous, wrong, different. And this leaves an imprint not only on behavior, tastes, choice of work - even on appearance.

A surprising paradox follows from this stereotype: for all the degree of public censure of any things, people, by and large, do not care about each other.

Think about how often you pay attention to people, think about their actions and words? If often, it's time for you to start your own life. And if not, then you are another confirmation that people do not care.

Even if we assume that someone strongly dislikes you, how will it affect your life? Most likely, not at all: it is unlikely that someone would dare to harm you.

To stop worrying about what people think of you, focus your attention on yourself. Take care of your life, your development, build your own supports and strong self-esteem.

You may need to take a course of psychotherapy. But in essence, it's enough to simply remind yourself that no one cares about anyone but themselves. No matter how cynical it may sound.
