With the warming, cyclists came out into the streets and in connection with this I remembered the topic that I studied in my late teens and which brought in some money. In Europe it works in 95% of cases, in the Russian-speaking world the percentage is much lower.
I will not describe the safety measures, everything is clear anyway.
It all happens approximately like this: near almost any large supermarket or shopping center there are parking spaces for bicycles, where cyclists hook their transport with bike locks.
We select a suitable "client" who has just parked, it is important that he is alone. Immediately after he leaves, with an unperturbed look we hook our bike lock (the cheapest one will do), preferably as inconspicuously as possible. When the client leaves the building, he usually unhooks his bike lock, and in 80% of cases, not noticing ours, tries to leave. When he notices our lock, then in most cases the sucker, without hooking her lock to the parking space, goes back into the building to figure something out. As soon as it leaves, we take it and with the look of "that's how it should be" calmly unhook the bike and leave.
The first time it was very hard to believe that everything would go according to this scenario, but the fact is that we manage to take away 6-8 bicycles out of 10. Some of my friends got really caught that they took the only model of bicycle in the city, and then, guys, it's up to your imagination how to sell it abroad) a good bicycle at a low price, I think they'll snatch it up)!
