Standard cards are among the most popular. Everyone has them in their wallet. They are produced in the usual format of a small plastic rectangle. Standard cards are always the same size: length - 86 mm, height - 54 mm, thickness - 0.76 mm.

PVC plastic is used for production. It is important that it is perfectly smooth, even and snow-white. We chose Klockner Pentaplast because it meets all the requirements. The paint layer is perfectly even, and the colors match the layout.

We print on HP Indigo 5600 and 7900 offset presses. This is modern equipment that guarantees high quality and short printing times. At the same time, the number of defects and errors in color rendering is minimal. A specialist only sets the necessary settings, everything else happens automatically. The human factor is excluded.

But if they have the same shape and are printed on the same equipment, that distinguishes standard cards from each other. First of all, design.

Each company orders from our designers or provides a ready-made layout. All of them are unique and not similar. You can apply your logo, choose brand colors and absolutely any images. Thanks to this, the cards will be visually different from each other.

Another way to distinguish cards from each other is to apply decoration to them. Any available decoration will complement the appearance of the card, making it unique. We can do:
  • selective varnish - individual three-dimensional images, text or pattern on the entire card,
  • foil stamping - you can decorate text or any image,
  • a hologram is a sticker that looks three-dimensional and shimmers from a certain angle,
  • printing with UV ink - visible only under UV rays,
  • scratch panel - a layer of erasable paint, under which there is a unique code,
  • signature strip - you can write information by hand or make a signature.

To make it as difficult as possible to counterfeit cards, personalization is applied to them:
  • magnetic stripe,
  • barcode,
  • QR code,
  • variable numbering,
  • embossing.
All this protects against copying, because it is not only the appearance that will have to be repeated, but also these unique data.

Of course, if you combine all three of these features, then each card turns out to be unusual, different from the others. But the most important thing is the task it solves.

There are many plastic cards that perform a variety of functions:
  • school,
  • transport,
  • fuel,
  • loyalty cards,
  • insurance policies,
  • key cards,
  • library cards,
  • payment,
  • omissions,
  • game cards,
  • business cards,
  • lottery tickets,
  • calendars.
It turns out that all standard plastic cards are completely different. They differ from each other in design and functionality.
