what i need is the same ip address to visit an account several times. obviously socks are unreliable for this.

is a vpn the only way???

i dont think you can get such socks, if you understand how socks works, then you'll know what am saying. But the solution to your problem is SSH, if you dont want to use a vpn, then use SSH....the best way even better then VPN, not so much people use it too
