skimmer chip??

Hi, where can I get a good chip that i can use to assemble a skimmer? It should be able to by-pass some of the ant-skimming radio wave (not sure if that's the right term) but i've heard ppl say some machines messes up the reader therfore your data is corrupt. cardreaderfactory dont sell it anymore.
