Selling SpyEye & ZeuS forbidden on forum?

Is sales of SpyEye or ZeuS botnet banned from today on the forum?
I was asked to remove all my threads of sales of the two botnets or else get banned.

Is there any new rule coming about it? Like pay advertising fee etc?
Plus, why is support banned?
