Just because i refused to go first he called me a scammer.

I asked to use Escrow and he said he wouldnt go first, he wanted me to show tracking then he will pay.

Ninja, this guy is a joke.
He first asked me if i sell PayPal funds asking to buy 2k worth I asked him if he knows how to cashout and he said No.
A few days later he contacted me asking if i wanted him to cashout my paypal funds.
