unverified they will only allow you to load
$150 x 4 loads a day
but your account will most likely get disabled on first load if over $112

verified they allow you to card up to $15k a day but no more then 10 loads a day.
but BEWARE they are watching your accounts like hawks
provide one gov ID for verifcation (they say back and front but you can get away with just the front)
make sure the card that your using to load is the same as the country you registered for neteller.
you can card up to $15k a day when verified into a neteller
but be smart about it they won't hesitate to disable your account.
oh and if 3 different cards declined they will freeze your account for 24 hours.
you will have difficulty getting out of that one over phone so make sure you have working cards with balance before.

note with net atm card you can withdraw $1k and from Pos $1.5k

very important
on phone call
they will ask you
= name you registered with
-Account ID
-for DOB you register with
-security question answers
-number registered with them

so don't write rubbish on registration they will catch you out when you forget.... no errrrss and mmmmms.
give them answers straight and they will unblock it straight away.

tell them it never came in post and get another one. and you can withdraw 2x the amount $2k atm + $3kPOS a day etcetcetc
