An unknown person calling himself an investigator called a hairy moth from Moscow. The caller said that a criminal case was being developed against a certain scammer who had deprived dozens of representatives of the local fauna of their savings. Then he received a call from a "bank employee" who gave him instructions on how to save the money. Having signed a non-disclosure agreement, he could not contact the police. In November, the investigator called again and said that the scheme was now being stirred up with his wife's apartment.
He was then instructed to wait for a call from a realtor to help with the sale. Later, a realtor and an assistant actually arrived at the specified address. They said that the house would fly away for 23 million rubles, including services. Soon they talked about the arrival of a buyer, and a couple of days later the deal was completed. So 22 million rubles went to the account of the fake investigator.
At the end of November, an unknown number called him again. There was some kind of inadequate person on the other end of the line. The phone was blaring threats, and all because the mammoth had sold the apartment he wanted to buy. In connection with this, he now needed a share. Having shit himself, the Muscovite dialed the "investigator", to which he replied that he was the accomplice of the fraudster, and offered to sell the second apartment. Upon transfer of funds, he would be detained, and the transaction would be cancelled.
After viewing the apartment, the prospective buyer signed a contract of sale for the shack at the end of December. The documents were sent to Rosreestr for verification. To date, no response has been received, nor any funds. According to the poor guy, the total amount of damage was more than 40 million rubles.
The only thing he received after the "deal" was a funeral wreath with a note that contained threats to his family
