I think you want a specific person to get infected by your exe..
You can try to build a site with an 0day Java Drive-by. The victim will still need to click on a button, but you can edit button text. Some social engineering will do the job.

When victim clicked on "Accept" or something else on Java applet info page, the exe is downloaded and exectued hiddenly without notifying the victim.
