How can you know if a store has banned the option of hold/reroute? I have seen people saying that the big stores like Apple or BestBuy have this option banned, do you know if stores with liquid goods usually ban this option? or is more of a big company thing?
And I have also seen some services that can hold a package even with restriction with FedEx, do you know if there is services for holding UPS packages with restriction as well?
