Hello guys I tried some usa dumps 101 with pin on the atm but it did not work , I tried many dump, a lot. All usa dumps. I am in canada , do you think its because of the regional block or is it my dumps are not good ?
I tried amex dumps 101 and bank of america dumps 101. please any info on the regional block would be a great help. amex is supposed to work overseas so I dont get it even bank of America thanks
