? Regarding carding using different region (please help)

If I’m using a Spain bin or any other bin out of the country of USA does the website have to be eu or it can jus .com to and if it’s an eu site can I ship to the us using the eu site or it has to be an international + eu site also I’m tryin to do this btc method but I need dob how would I be able to find someone DOB that live in spain and one more thing can I check diff regions cards the same as I do usa cards check via Chipotle or Popeyes ?

You can search for stores that ship to the country you need directly on Google by asking a specific search query.

The store or website where you plan to make a purchase with a card can have any domain and not necessarily .com

DOB and other cardholder data can be found on information search sites or obtained from trusted services on our forum.
