вот наглядный пример большинству, что даже оплатив с 3д сек вбв рефанд возможен (читай чардж) собственно для меня это уже неск лет как не новость.
Оплачивался билет в эстонии по юк карте с вбв. С 24 января по 14 февраля - ровно 20 дней прошло от даты заказа.
Unfortunately our bank just have informed us that they cancelled your payment and refunded all the money that you paid back to your card, without any prior notice.
As they told, your card appeard in Visa "black list" and they had to cancel this payment because of their security policy.
I'm really sorry for such problem.
