Yes but the British Password is microchip enabled, so if this is reported before the time frame you would be stopped. This would be appropriate for opening British bank accounts if you can change the picture. I wouldn't advise in travelling on this British passport because of the picture they have on file, would be risky!.

you can buy a cloned passport with your own picture on it for that price... that is rediculous for a stolen passport, and is pretty much worthless.
