Quick question about Amazon

So I have got a US CVV, I'm going to try and card Amazon.co.uk with a US card. Will that work? or will it ask for verification no matter what because I'm trying to to spend GBP with a US card.

And also with the CVV I have I can't connect to the direct state and location, Shall I connect as close as I can? it's only the state next to it.

You should be able to pay with a US card in the UK Amazon marketplace.
In any case, you should choose a socks5, RDP, tunnel, HVNC or VPN proxy as close to the cardholder as possible.
