question to all about dumps, cc's, etc.

I know someone that works in a major bank institution and is willing to work!! How or What are the ways that person can provide information such as dumps, cc, etc.? Especially without getting caught of course. Is there a way to hack the banking system without a trace to get info? The only thing I can think of is getting new customer information.
