I have been working with 451607 and 4516011 and it seems they have changed to verified. Is anyone else experiencing this and know a work-around?

If Non-VBV bins stop working, they may be blacklisted.
To find out for sure, try these bins on another site and another payment gateway (merchant).
Also, payment cancellation could occur if you use invalid cards or cards without a balance.
Six-digit bins can be VBV or Non-VBV. You need to choose seven-digit or eight-digit first numbers. Details in this topic -
