Q about Perfect Money

Hi all, i need to know if someone has experience with Perfect Money and if yes explain why it's good open a Perfect Money account.
I would also to know if you recomment using it as we use LR or WM and in particular if it's possible to use it in a CC store. I mean if then it'll possible to trasfer funds in LR or WM then cashout via WU. I've seen http://e-onepay.com has a PM exchange but dunno if they really exchange it. might ask
