proxy location

heres a question that probably cant be answered.

so u get a sock and double check its location at www.whatsmyipaddress.com and it comes up a different city... which 1 is correct?

geolocation is only about 50/50 so how do the banks know the city/county?

this is quite important to a carder so any genius' about?

dont use free proxy infact to be on a safer side
1)Always use socks5 of same city, state, country of the cc owner. And ofcourse different socks5 everytime you card.
2)Use double VPN.
3)And change your mac address.

there are plenty of guides for changing mac adress, if you use a virtual machine like backtrack then it is very easy to change it.
