Problem with Webmoney- "Impossible to establish connection with certification center!"

I can log into Webmoney Classic with my WM ID and password, but I can't send wmz or do anything else without this message popping up "Impossible to establish connection with certification center!"

What is causing this and how do I fix it?

man, go with webmoney keeper light
at first i used webmoney classic, but i encountered several problems when i reinstalled the OS. it game me a bit of hardache, so now i use keeper light
is more easly.... i think
