problem with paypal

Hey mate,

There is one problem for me . I used a verified paypal to request money from another paypal which i bought from others . I requested money successfully . but I can not use the money in my account. so what is problem with this? any idea about this ?

If the PayPal account is verified then this doesn't yet mean you could either send or withdraw the money. You probably have on the main page (landing page when you log in) some error message, do you? What is the error message? It might indicate the corresponding issue so let me/us/them know the error message to provide appropriate solution better. Additionaly if the account is limited (is it?) then you cannot send the money anywhere as long as your account gets unlimited. So again, whats the error message?

If its a new acc the money will be on hold for X amount of days (i think 16 days)
during this time, paypal will review the money.
