Basic parameters of plastic cards
- Polyvinyl chloride (PVC) is used in the production of plastic cards. The cards produced comply with the international standard ISO 7810.
- Geometric dimensions of the card are 85.6 +/- 0.13 x 53.98 +/- 0.06 mm. Corner radius R= 3.18 +/- 0.08 mm
- Standard thickness 0.76 +/- 0.08 mm
- By agreement with the customer, the thickness of the cards can range from 0.35 to 1.5 mm
- To cover (laminate) cards, PVC material with a thickness of 0.08 to 0.3 mm is used
- Inlays with mifare, EM-marine or other chips with a thickness of 0.46 mm, inlays of IR-coded cards (Interflex patent) with a thickness of 250 microns.
- On a laminating press, cards are baked with a protective film (laminate).
