Basic parameters and ISO standards for plastic cards.

Polyvinyl chloride (PVC) is used in the production of plastic cards. The cards produced comply with the international standard ISO 7810.
Geometric dimensions of the card are 85.6 +/- 0.13 x 53.98 +/- 0.06 mm. Corner radius R= 3.18 +/- 0.08 mm
Standard thickness 0.76 +/- 0.08 mm
By agreement with the customer, the thickness of the cards can range from 0.35 to 1.5 mm
To cover (laminate) cards, PVC material with a thickness of 0.08 to 0.3 mm is used
Inlays with mifare, EM-marine or other chips with a thickness of 0.46 mm, inlays of IR-coded cards (Interflex patent) with a thickness of 250 microns.
On a laminating press, cards are baked with a protective film (laminate).
