Правила сервиса
1. Оплата по Delivered после проверки дропом вашего товара. Занимает от 1 до 48 часов. В выходные/праздничные дни оплата не производится.
2. Ликвид до 55%.
3. Не оплачиваются посылки:
-Добавленные на дропа в статус "problem"
-Посылка едет на ошибочный адрес.
-Повреждена упаковочная коробка
-Посылка едет не на имя дропа, без предварительного согласования.
-Если к дропу проходит полис.
-Если посылка весит более чем 10кг, без предварительного согласования.
-При других ситуациях где нет вины сервиса и сотрудников.
4.Минимальная цена 1й посылки 350 евро.
Оформляя заказ на тестового дропа минимальная сумма посылки 100 евро.
5. Пересыл посылок 50/50. Первая посылка в обязательном порядке должна быть в сторону сервиса "50/50 to admin", дальше можно добавлять "50/50 to stuffer"
- общая стоимость посылок "50/50 to stuffer" не должна превышать общую стоимость посылок "50/50 to admin"
- за потерю посылок "50/50 to stuffer" по нашей вине перешлем вам эквивалент
- Пересыл посылок 50/50 касается стран: DE/ES/IT/FR.
- В других странах EU пересыл по цене = 120 евро за 1 посылку. ( до 10кг. )
6. О новой посылке стаферу нужно уведомлять минимум за сутки, иначе не гарантируется успешная обработка посылки.
При добавлении посылки после доставки, сервис в праве отказать вам в выплате.
Тест дропов:
На тест принимается недорогой ликвид, легкий/негабаритный неликвид, либо одежда.
Добавление ликвидного пака на тестового дропа считается +5% к вашей выплате.
Если ваш пак теряется с тестового дропа, идет компенсация в 20% от стоимости вашего товара. ( считаем от idealo.de )
Оплата с тестового дропа производиться только после отправки посылки дропом.
Запрещается:
- слать с мата страны в которой находится дроп.
- слать с EBAY
- слать с Pay Pal Credit или Bill Me Later
- слать Rechnung
- слать товар из запрещенных по EU шопов
- намерено слать с шопов, если по вашей статистике оттуда бывают проблемы с копами/звонками/письмами о мошенничестве и прочее.
- использовать ssn или другие платежные данные дропа для заказов
- слать тяжелые позиции больше 10 кг без согласования.
В противном случае ваши паки и выплаты будут конфискованы в пользу сервиса, и вы будете забанены.
За неадекватное поведение - 1й раз предупреждение, 2й раз бан с конфискацией товара.
Не несем ответственность:
- За утерянные посылки по причине неверного предоставление информации
- Если посылка доставлена со статусом front door, porch и дроп не нашел посылку у своей двери. Выбирайте доставку с signature required
- Сервис не несет ответственность за работу почтовых отделений и возможных отказов в выдаче паков дропам.
- В случае звонка из шопа, приход холдера либо же полис компенсация за товар не выплачивается.

Service rules
1. Payment by Delivered after checking the drop of your item. Takes from 1 to 48 hours. No payment is made on weekends/holidays.

3. Parcels are not paid for:
-Added to the drop in the status of "problem"
- The parcel is going to the wrong address.
- Packing box damaged
- The parcel is not sent to the name of the drop, without prior approval.
-If the policy passes to the drop.
-If the parcel weighs more than 10kg, without prior agreement.
- In other situations where there is no fault of the service and employees.
4. The minimum price of the 1st parcel is 350 euros.
When placing an order for a test drop, the minimum amount of the parcel is 100 euros.
5. Sending parcels 50/50. The first package must be in the direction of the "50/50 to admin" service, then you can add "50/50 to stuffer"
- the total value of "50/50 to stuffer" packages must not exceed the total value of "50/50 to admin" packages
- for the loss of parcels "50/50 to stuffer" due to our fault, we will send you the equivalent
- Parcel forwarding 50/50 applies to countries: DE/ES/IT/FR.
- In other EU countries, shipping costs = 120 euros per 1 parcel. (up to 10kg.)
6. The staffer must be notified about a new parcel at least 24 hours in advance, otherwise successful processing of the parcel is not guaranteed.
When adding a parcel after delivery, the service has the right to refuse to pay you.
Drop test:
Inexpensive liquid, light/oversized non-liquid, or clothes are accepted for the test.
Adding a liquid pack to a test drop counts as +5% to your payout.
If your pack is lost from a test drop, there is a compensation of 20% of the value of your product. ( counting from idealo.de )
Payment from the test drop is made only after sending the parcel by drop.
It is forbidden:
- send from the mat of the country in which the drop is located.
- send from EBAY
- send with Pay Pal Credit or Bill Me Later
- send Rechnung
- send goods from shops prohibited by the EU
- intends to send from shops if, according to your statistics, there are problems with cops / calls / letters about fraud and so on.
- use ssn or other drop payment details for orders
- send heavy items over 10 kg without agreement.
Otherwise, your packs and payouts will be confiscated in favor of the service and you will be banned.
For inappropriate behavior - 1st time warning, 2nd time ban with confiscation of goods.
We are not responsible:
- For lost parcels due to incorrect provision of information
- If the package is delivered with the front door status, porch and drop did not find the package at their door. Choose delivery with signature required
- The service is not responsible for the work of post offices and possible refusals to issue packs to drops.
- In the case of a call from the shop, the arrival of the holder or the policy, compensation for the goods is not paid.
