4] Eliminate (but no kill) the pedophiles: $20,000
Seek out ways to prevent them from harming more children, utilizing any means necessary such as obtaining confessions through coercion, manipulation, phishing, or other methods that will ensure their imprisonment or prevent them from accessing other children. The only restriction is that killing them is not allowed.
