Hello I'm new to the community and I was wondering how can I sort this out, I bought something with a paypal and now I got this email:


We are sorry to keep contacting you for your order. We need additional information before processing your order. A photo of your ID card or passport can be emailed, or a scan or digital photo file of documents or a utility bill revealing your name and address which match those in your billing information

I heard companys can detect edited images by meta tag.

Getting around the metadata problem is easy. All you need to do is chack the metadata before you send it to paypal, and change the metadata as needed.
