Paypal help

I have done a check on paypal and when i go to buy something it asks for usual credit card details, this is through a pay with visa through paypal method(for those who don't have paypal accounts)
And it also asks for phone number. Is it best to enter cardholders telephone or my own one?
So that if they call i can social engineer or is it best to enter cardholders and just hope they wont call?

Cardholders one, they never call you as far as im aware, also i think there is an auto checking thing which compares the phone number to the card address but not 100% sure on that.
