Now can someone give me instructions/method on how to cash this shit out.
Do i need transaction history or something?

PayPal is so weird I’ve hit a couple times past week with fresh reciever. Good acc cansend up to 1k depending on your bin and cc I don’t really do warmups once I have a good CC good receiver I go ( I do think it’s slowing down maybe it’s my bin idk)
