paying paypal invoices wit EU cc's [cashout method]

hi guys,

first of all I am making invoices from lets say other paypal to an email address and trying to pay with an lets say italy or france cc.

I am always getting "this card cannot be used for this payment" or " we could not validate the credit card" sometimes it goes through to the next page but then it says the bank did not authorize the transaction or it even says that we need to confirm your card. its really driving me to drink lmao so if anyone can help then please.

i was thinking of using like vmware and just make sure all the socks and stuff are not the problem but i will try that tomorrow with bins of cc's that went through b4.

sometimes it manages to go through but I am really having problems and have wasted maybe some 15 cc on this shit
btw this is actually from a priv8 paypal cashout method that I use to get money

if you can get the transaction to go through then its really easy for me to cash it out since i know people on the inside. but anyways.

I sometimes got that when I was carding money onto casino and betting sites. I found out that it was the issuers desicion not to allow those type of payments to be made. Porn sites and forex sites are also ones where banks block their cards being used for high fraud possibilty. Maybe that could be your problem.

I've had this problem before many times. You do waste many cards for sure.Sometimes its the cc, sometimes its because its already added on another paypal and sometimes you just don't know. In my experience your IP is not that important. I have had payments through by using well known vpn's, popular with carders and scammers and for sure their IP's are hitting paypal daily and yet it worked, they weren't blacklisted.

Be more concerned for the cc than the rest in my experience. If it has good enough balance it should work. I used to try first very small amounts like $5 just to check if the cc is good(if it is it takes you to the next page) and then i would go bigger.

PayPal has gotten really hard to pull money off. I tried before to send money to a new account and it instantly gets flagged, but if sending money to a established account that is verified it seemed to work. PayPal even verifies when you buy something on ebay that is over $500 they call and check.
