Install the free Crazytalk software from the internet or any similar 3D animator that will work. Use the portrait image that you used in DL.

After that, export it or record a moving face on the screen.
Now install manycam or similar software. They turn your webcam into whatever custom videos you need. Set up your camera.
After that, add a face-moving video to the manycam software
On the verification page, when the camera opens, manycam will work as a camera. you can use or set an image or any video of your choice that you want to show.
This way, during the scan, when it asks for a camera check, the manycam camera will open instead of the webcam and play the video or photo you inserted
