Dear Admin,
I am writing you with a heavy heart and sadness when I discovered you or somebody at your office have chosen to dispense Justice with favor or preference. It was my understanding up until this moment that you and your entire staff are here to protect us (members) evenly. Regardless of Nationality, Race, Status and the whole nine yards.
I paid $525 to buy dumps from somebody who claimed to be Yoga. http://www.sendspace.com/file/akdbrn.
After waiting a few days without either my money or dumps I left message on Yoga's thread. He responded he doesn't know me or got any money from me. He claimed he was cloned, and I guess as my punishment he took my +rep away even before contacting me. When he finally contacted me, he asked me to delete all the posts and messages on his thread and he would restore my +rep.
I eventually did as he requested as a gentleman that just lost $525 and out of courtesy to his thread, I deleted my post and left a message "he claimed he was cloned" on the thread at 7 15 in the morning 11/17/2011. Once he verified I deleted the posts, Yoga disappeared and never heard from him until 11 o'clock at night. Log would be provided on request. He demanded I need to delete all posts before restoring my rep.
I am however, bothered that the Admin can be this insensitive and imbalanced regarding this members loss of money, rep and abuse (bullying) from Yoga who chooses to be the Judge, Prosecutor and Jury that eventually found me guilty without trial, or contacting me first about the post which demands money or dumps from him. He simply assumed according to his post I was sent by his competition to claim such things or I am a liar that deserves to loose his +rep.
I truthfully hope and pray I am wrong about the Admin., but truth be told, my observation with this recent action is such that leads me to start thinking maybe Yoga is a member of the superior member's class (untouchables). It doesn't have to come to this, I was wronged and believe the Admin would be fair in handling this matter but obviously not I guess.
11/18/2011, Admin has deleted all my posts from Yoga's thread without asking my side of the story still, it is shameful and surprising you believed Yoga over me which you have clearly demonstrated by the delete of the posts and while there, you forgot to reinstate my +rep. He claimed he told you to do that last night as if you're in his pocket. And this morning it happened, surprise surprise. Does that mean vendors run things on this board?. I hope not, It shouldn't be so people, at least it was this same Admin that banned John Dillinger last week for ripping. "He was a reputable vendor on this board, he confessed to ripping and said he enjoyed it too because the money was free".
Based on this fresh example, don't you think it's only human not to easily accept or excuse any vendor that claims cloning?. A reminder to all, I paid what I was asked to pay for membership, had I wanted to be a vendor, I would have paid whatever you charge to be a vendor. Hence, I suggest Admin should start listening to us more as equals regular member, vendor or not as there are no superior class on this board. We all ought to be protected equally. I still have my logs.
