when do you answer the open tickets?
I can also post them here:

1. I bought a US Credit but I got a US Debit. Do I get refund?
2. I bought German Dump and check failed so I got refund. That happened two times and the third time the check was valid. I checked instore for 29 Euro (I checked in Germany) and was invalid. Either your EU Base is quite bad or your Checker for EU Dumps is broken. Any chance to get refund or anything else?

Read rules before posting it here. You accept rules before sending money so just your problem that you are lazy and do not read rules. I do not replace valid checked dumps, my checker is show valid resutls, but you are stupid to check german bins on checker.

1) when i asked him how much was the total, he told me 360.
after i paid, he told me should plus 10% fee for LIBERTY RESERVE.
2) he knew what the bin number i was looking for, he didn't have those dumps, but he still asked for money. Maybe he want to sell something that he don't have.
3) after that no any answer.

1. стучу Z-p0rt, насчет пополнения через ВМ, мне успешно отвечают
2. пополнил счет через ЛР, покупаю дампы, всё вроде норм! Но спустя примерно час, чекаю их, из 4-5 карт - 1 не валид.
3. манибэк в профиль не делается, стучу z-port и второму саппорту, оба молчат на замену!

и как отнестись к игнору и пополнят ли?
логи и скрин в шопе могу предоставить, когда были куплены дампы и чекнуты, и когда я отстучал сапортам!

Отписал в тот же день сапорту, через час-два после покупки
сегодня 4 число, счет не пополнился!
С такими успехами, возврат в виде денежных средств можно тоже делать!
Т.к не выполнили свои же обязанности!

Наверное ответите - что насчет денег ни хрена, надо было ДОЛБИТСЯ\СПАМИТЬ саппорта и т.п
А если бы спамил сапорта, чтобы он подкинул бабло на акк, то в добавок локнули бы
