Offline vx670 in the uk.....is it worth it?

I'm looking to buy an offline vx670 for use in the uk, is it worth doing this scam or is it dead/hard to do in the uk? Also how would I get D+P from it, would I just swipe it first then insert it in slot so customer has to enter their pin?

yes swipe then insert to capture the pin
but my honest opnion is the uk tracks + pin
are shit and very hard to cash out anywere so i think this operation is not worth your while
they are not imposable to cash out but very very hard

Why do I need to swipe first, cant I just insert the card into the slot so that it will read track 2 straight from the chip?
