Всем привет, помогите пожалуйста, как получить нормальный постоянный номер телефона в США, чтобы его принимали банки и другие финансовые сервисы, хочу открыть счет и получить чистую карту. Как я понимаю, надо как бы физический номер, а где его взять и как использовать, или может есть специальные сервисы, чтобы получить такой незаблоченный номер.
