People already do this, only problem is there is a rating system for your merchant account. If you take too many hits the companies start charging you $40 per fraudulent transaction ( if I remember correctly).
Not only that but you can't just have a shit storm of fraud transactions on your website it will be too obvious, you would need to purchase traffic for your website to make the percentage of fraud on your site lower and more believable than having 1 out of every 3 visitors being 'buyers' it will be 1 out of every 50-100.
You would also need to sell some sort of virtual product that's real. Something that you can prove that you're selling if you are ever investigated.
There's a lot more too it now days, this use to be a lot easier back a few years ago, now they're getting tighter on this.
I remember reading an article about some mob in New York that did something similar to this with a porn site, they ended up charging the credit cards (because in the fine print they wrote something about charging the cards $100-$150 for the entire year the next month) and getting a few million out of it.

The problem now, is 99% of the merchants will pay you on the 15th of the next month, the money you made on the previous month, and if ur chargeback ratio is over something like 5-9% they shutdown ur account and keep all the money.
The only way is to sell some gay virtual product worth 10-20$ , and by luck find a cvv database , and charge a thousand cvvs for 10-20$, most banks dont do chargeback for such amounts, and most owners don`t really see them. but unless u already got the cvvs, its not worth it economically , to much time and resources invested, too little profit.

it's not low profit if u buy usa bulk for 1 and do 15$ each. U do 15x money. If u do 100cvv, it means u do 1500usd if it's only per month, it's okey, cause just sit and drink beer and clicking on button purchase for 15$ each wich is almost 100$ success and at the end of month get 1500$ in ur hands its very good, not millions but very good.
