You're a first timer and your webshop is new,

And you're asking for $20 to activate an account in a shop no one ever heard of? is sucha FAIL, who would wanna pay any penny for a new shop which no one ever heard of, people need to test whats on the inside the first couple of months, then you can worry about the fees of activating "if you are afraid of snitches and cops, and not willing to rip".

This activation fee will be loaded to your account balance so you can use them to buy a dump from the store. If someone wanna test will have to load funds to the site because we are not selling them without money . We don't need observers .
