There is no sense buying card for just carding netflix premium account only, when you can just buy cracked Netflix premium accounts from sellers at a very cheap rate and most cracked account live very long if the password is not changed.
You can buy 40-50(bulk) without mail access for $10 if you want to be a reseller, but with mail access is a little bit on the higher side.

The most amazing and wonderful thing is that you do not need to buy a valid CC and spend money on it, since this CC can be generated for free.
You can also find a lot of valid Netflix accounts in the "Freebie" section.
Basically, Neftlix is only suitable for checking the validity of the card and determining the non vbv bins.
