Please find the below details of service and price I am attaching the photo of price and there service video. In the snapshot they mentioned the price for western union transfer. And they provide trial of $2000 for $150.

This is 100% scam. If they had cloned cards, they would cash them out and keep all the money for themselves.
They sell transfers to payment systems on a prepaid basis for 5-10% of the balance. If they knew how to make money transfers, they would cash them out from proven drop services for a small percentage and would not need clients.
This is a lie. Don't even think about sending them money if you don't want to be sad and disappointed.
You can check them this way - offer them a deal through Escrow of any verified forum and make sure that they refuse.
