The banks and payment systems you have indicated have cards with both the VBV code and without the VBV code.
You can find out which bins belong to non vbv or auto vbv using any of the methods described on this forum.
Finding good and correct beans requires some diligence and some practical experience if you don't want to use publicly sourced bins.
