About American discovery card in overseas use question,We know that card use overseas call to the bank first, before you can use, Escape by Discover Card no advance bookings required ,I do not know its BIN,

I come from China,i need to Discover's dump,I have tried 601100 and 601130, but they do not work,Opened because of the need to call customer service using,So I can not,I think perhaps there is no limit to escape by discovery card,Just my personal idea,But I do not know BIN,I need someone to tell me,And then to try
