Need help buying for first time

So if i´ve understood right, I can use a non vbv card on low security sites or 2D sites and if i´d like to use a regular cc I would need an otp right?
I tried to look for 2D sites where I could buy giftcards but I haven´t found any? Any good recommendations?

With a non-vbv card you can hit any site as long as your set up is good, with a vbv card you can hit sites with 2d secure

Sites that sell gift cards very rarely will have 2d secure as they know its a target for criminals, gift card sites have way more security usually

Most shops in USA are 3ds 2.0 secure,which in basic language means they hold 2 gateaways,both 2d and 3d
3d gate can be skipped,when having a non vbv card and a decent set up and ordering for a lower amount of money(usually under 500$)
