Need Help ATM Cashout

Hello guys im new in this game and would like some advice how to cashout cards ATM.
As i understood i need the omnikey for chip, java cards, magstrip mx6 unit and then buy dumps with pins.
does this work? any special dumps i should buy? i want to try ATM cashout method but never did this.
How does it work if a client tells me all card details and i make a dupe, does it work instant just like that? Or is there something im missing.
if i have cc+pin thats it i can use this 2 device and 100 procent close i cn use or what?

4. i said pin code and card info is my least problem. just everything else i dont know.

and this will 100 procent make the clone work alike like normal card? all cards work?
