i need anyone can do online wire transfer international .

1 i pay 10% of balance on account .
2 the amount i will deposit it in Escrow .
3 give access to account drop to sender and escrow for they show the money is ON in account Drop .
4 sender pick him money from escrow .
5 money not transfered from banks in spain .

i like start for amount 20k , so i will deposit 2k in Escrow .

u need a international bank account for drops ? or u need an high balance of account for wire transfer ?
